  • Coordinate and manage all export shipments from origin to destination 
  • Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) 
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies 
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams 
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and export Manager
  • Handle any shipping delays, damages, or issues and resolve them efficiently 
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation 
  • Calculate freight costs and prepare shipping quotations 
  • Monitor inventory levels related to export orders 
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods for international transport 
  • Follow up orders updates with Planning team
  • Follow up Subsidy documents with Custom clearance representative
