We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. This role requires a balance of relationship building, project management, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is a master communicator who ensures client goals are met while driving internal teams toward excellence and timely delivery.

- Experience Needed: Entry level
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM – 8 hours + 1 Lunch Break x 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and results.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and briefings, ensuring a clear understanding of client objectives and expectations.
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs for the design, content, and production teams.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and sent on schedule.
- Proactively suggest strategic growth opportunities and marketing solutions to help clients achieve their business KPIs.
- Review all creative work before it reaches the client to ensure it is on-brand and meets the project requirements.
- Coordinate between various internal departments to resolve bottlenecks and streamline the production process.
- Handle contract renewals, invoicing coordination, and regular reporting on account performance.
