Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Engineer located in Bilbays. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee the mechanical design and development of machinery, perform computer-aided design (CAD) work, and manage projects to successful completion. Responsibilities also include contributing to research and development (R&D) initiatives and leading efforts to improve efficiency and innovation in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related software Experience with Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets Demonstrated success in Research and Development (R&D) activities for product innovation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the building materials or manufacturing sector is a plus
