Job Title: Social Media Specialist (On-Site) Location: Tanta, Gharbia Company: Alfaek Clothing Brand Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Role Overview As our Social Media Specialist, you aren’t just "posting photos"—you are the voice and visual architect of Alfaek. You will be responsible for bringing our collections to life on digital screens, engaging our local community in Tanta, and turning followers into loyal customers. If you have a sharp eye for fashion trends and a "scroll-stopping" creative mindset, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content (Photos, Reels, and Tik Toks) showcasing our latest clothing drops. Platform Management: Daily management of Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok accounts. Engagement & Community: Respond to comments and DMs with the brand’s unique voice, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on Egyptian fashion trends and viral sounds to keep Alfaek relevant and "in the conversation."Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create monthly content calendars that align with new arrivals or seasonal sales. On-Site Collaboration: Work directly with models and photographers at our Tanta location to ensure the brand’s aesthetic is consistent.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management (Fashion or Retail experience is a huge plus). Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (Cap Cut, VN, or InShot) and design tools like Canva or Photoshop. The "Vibe": A strong sense of fashion, styling, and visual composition. You should know what looks good on a grid. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English (Brand-appropriate "Smarketing" style). Proximity: Must be based in or able to commute daily to our Tanta office. Analytical Skills: Ability to read "Insights" and "Analytics" to understand what’s working and what isn’t.
