Responsibilities Mentor and guide students (ages 12–25) through structured programming paths Support hands-on projects and evaluate student performance Help students debug and solve real-world coding problems Contribute to curriculum improvement and content development Track student progress and provide actionable feedback Create a motivating, engaging, and disciplined learning environment Requirements (Strict) Minimum 1+ year of real-world programming experience (not فقط كورسات) Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java Script, PHP, or similar Ability to simplify complex technical concepts clearly Strong communication and mentoring mindset Must be able to work on-site in Kafr El Sheikh Important Note This role is NOT suitable for beginners or fresh learners. We are looking for people who have already built real projects or worked professionally.
