Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Tele-Sales role located in Giza. The Junior Tele-Sales representative will interact with potential and existing customers to promote Sigma Travel’s offerings and close sales deals. Responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about travel packages, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves performing follow-up calls, maintaining customer relations, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients effectively Preferrable to have Sales and Sales Management experience, including achieving targets and closing deals Ability to learn new processes quickly and participate in Training sessions Proven organizational and time management skills High level of motivation and a results-driven approach Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred Undergrads/fresh grads are more than welcome to apply. Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
