Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leisure and Activities Manager based in Marsa Alam. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations of leisure and entertainment activities for guests, ensuring their experiences are engaging and enjoyable. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing a team of activity staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all activities meet quality and safety standards. The manager will also liaise with guests to tailor activities to their preferences and collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills for coordinating and overseeing leisure and activity programs Creative planning, problem-solving, and the ability to innovate engaging activities for diverse age groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and provide quality service Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure safe implementation of all activities Hospitality or entertainment industry experience preferred Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field is an advantage
