Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Damanhur. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending products that suit their requirements, closing sales, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining an organized sales area, tracking sales metrics, and providing feedback to the management team to improve strategy and operations.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and provide tailored solutions Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships Problem-Solving and Organizational skills to manage inquiries and maintain a well-managed sales area General knowledge of home appliances and retail operations is a plus Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or inventory management tools A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable but not mandatory
