Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Samannud for a Learning and Development Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and building the Learning & Development function from the ground up, developing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing internal and external training programs, identifying skill gaps, and driving continuous professional development across all departments. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all training partnerships and collaborations with external entities, including governmental institutions, private academies, and training providers. Additionally, the role includes overseeing professional certification programs and development initiatives for both employees and external audiences when applicable. The Learning & Development Manager will manage the full training cycle, including selecting and managing trainers and instructors, developing and reviewing training materials, and organizing training schedules and logistics.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Training & Development and building L&D functions from scratch Proven experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design Ability to design and implement comprehensive training strategies and programs Experience in managing external partnerships with training providers, academies, and governmental entities Strong background in leadership development and professional certification programs Experience in managing trainers, training content, and scheduling training plans Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Certifications in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus
