Lead the Plant operation to safely deliver product in specs and within cost targets to sales. Ensure plant assets are maintained to meet supply chain demand. Ensure compliance to all local government regulatory requirements and PCC standards for operation Responsibilities Use this Font Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan (AOP) for the Plant to deliver the business objectives (production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality, safety … ) Provide input to the infrastructure Planning Process (capacity addition, facility expansion…) as it relates to the Plant & related Satellite Facilities Communicate and maintain a standard of performance for the operation consistent with the company direction/requirements. Strive for World Class results Insure the alignment of the Plant organization with the company vision, purpose and priorities Manage the Plant operation consistent with the company operating guidelines Establish individual accountability using coaching and support and performance management process Assess Plant operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes. (M&W 2000, preventive maintenance, … ) Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources Ensure product availability in the plants Warehouses per production plan & ready to transport to Satellites & Market. Conduct Performance appraisal for direct reports & ensure it is done for the rest of the production areas. Establish Plant & Satellites Warehouses sense of urgency to get things done Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the Operation. Promptly correct unsafe conditions. Be the focal point of contact with Local government agencies and the media. Promptly notify the plant Operations Director regarding any contacts or communications I.e. requests for info./visits planned or unplanned)/letters… Review plant performance regularly with department heads and summarize and issue minutes of the meeting for proper Follow-up. Keep Plant Operations Director updated on Plant Performance and actions taken to correct any shortfalls or deviation from plan (AOP). Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field. Qualifications Bachelor degree from a recognized university preferable Engineering. 8-15 years of plant operations experience Project management skills; Timeline, budget, resource management Effective people management and communication skills Proficient with computer usage Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
