- Develop and execute the company s long-term strategic plan and business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to all departments, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, and cost management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, partners, and the board.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company s footprint in Egypt and beyond.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (CEO, President, or equivalent) with a track record of driving organizational success.
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple functions.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Giza, Egypt.
