Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager based in Giza. The Assistant Bar Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities include training team members, coordinating with vendors, fostering a welcoming environment for guests, and driving sales through effective communication and service strategies. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality food and beverage experience while supporting smooth and efficient management of the bar.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver high-quality service and create a positive guest experience Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and experience in providing food and drink service Experience in Training and supervising staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform at the highest standard Sales skills to support revenue growth and meet business objectives Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively Previous experience in bars management is must. Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety regulations is desirable Proficiency in managing bar inventory and supplier relationships
