Job Summary:We are looking for a Sales Team Leader, Lead a team of Account Managers in executing end-to-end sales processes from qualified leads to deal closing to ensure full coverage of target accounts, high-quality sales execution, and strong coordination with internal teams. Responsible for coaching the team, achieving revenue goals, and enhancing sales productivity. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development • Oversee the daily activities and performance of the Sales Account Managers to ensure alignment with company objectives. • Monitor team performance, identify skill gaps, and design tailored development plans for continuous improvement. • Deliver regular coaching sessions and create actionable plans to elevate underperformers and unify team performance. • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including shadowing programs, to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Sales Performance & Operations • Analyze key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, deal values, sales cycle duration, outreach effectiveness) and recommend actionable improvements. • Ensure sales processes and closed deals adhere to company sales policies and compliance standards. • Audit and enhance data entry accuracy and consistency in our tools (CRM, Portal and communication tools) promote best practices for internal communication and documentation. • Use the department’s existing tools to automate routine tasks and help the team work more efficiently • Proactively identify operational or sales obstacles and work collaboratively with relevant departments to resolve them promptly. Client Engagement & Strategic Growth • Support Sales Account Managers in high-value enterprise deals and attend client meetings when necessary. • Manage escalated customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. • Support reseller and partner programs to grow the market and explore new opportunities • Oversee team attendance and scheduling to align with resource planning needs.
Required Qualifications:Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing٫ Business or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales account management., preferably in the Saa S industry. Proven experience in Sales Acquisition and Managing Sales Teams. - Technical Skills: Use CRM (e.g. Hub Spot) effectively for data accuracy and sales tracking. Leverage data analysis and business intelligence tools to monitor and improve team performance. Advanced data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Strong in creating Presentation Material using (Canva, Power Point, etc..) Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. • Strong Presentation skills.
