Responsibilities:
Develop and standardize dyeing recipes. Control dyeing processes (temperature, p H, time, chemical dosing) Match colors according to customer requirements and lab dips Monitor bulk production to ensure shade consistency and minimize reprocessing Troubleshoot dyeing defects (shade variation, staining, uneven dyeing) Work closely with production, quality, and finishing departments Conduct lab testing and approve samples before bulk production Optimize chemical usage to reduce cost and environmental impact Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry or related field Experience in textile dyeing/finishing is preferred Problem-solving and troubleshooting Familiarity with lab equipment and dyeing machines Good communication and teamwork Excellent command of English is required
