Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team on-site at our location in Giza. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage client relationships, and guide the sales team to achieve targets. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, developing a strong customer base, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role also involves reporting on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate, with proven experience in real property transactions Proficiency in Customer Service and building lasting client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to lead a team and meet objectives effectively Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in relevant technology tools and CRM software is a plus
