???? Position: Senior Technical Interior Designer ???? Location: Dokki, Giza ???? Type: Full-time

???? About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience. You will be responsible for managing technical documentation, developing detailed shop drawings, and ensuring that our luxury interior projects are executed with the highest precision and quality.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive Shop Drawings for all interior works (flooring, reflected ceiling plans, wall treatments, etc.).

Create intricate architectural details for custom furniture, joinery, and fit-outs.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.

Coordinate seamlessly between the Design Team, Site Engineers, and MEP departments to ensure design integrity.

Review and select finishing materials and hardware in alignment with project budgets and aesthetics.

Provide technical solutions for any on-site implementation challenges.

???? Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Applied Arts, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a technical office role focusing on interior design and fit-outs.

Expert proficiency in Auto CAD is a must. Knowledge of Revit, 3Ds Max, or Sketch Up is a significant plus.

In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, construction techniques, and market standards.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
