For a large reputable manufacturing company in 6 October, we are looking for SMT (Surface mount technology) Production Engineer. The right candidate is a motivated SMT Production Engineer who has 1–2 years of experience in SMT production lines, with strong technical understanding of PCB assembly processes and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and improving line performance

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT production lines to ensure stable and efficient performance.
- Prepare and load SMT programs, feeders, and components according to production schedules.
- Conduct machine setup and calibration for pick-and-place, reflow, and inspection equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting for SMT equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality through process control and inspection following IPC standards.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet daily production targets.
- Continuously improve process efficiency, yield, and equipment utilization.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
