Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive to join our team, based on-site in 6th of October. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key day-to-day tasks include strategizing sales approaches, conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process, and providing detailed product knowledge to address client needs. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets is essential.
Qualifications Sales Skills: Strong expertise in sales management, B2B or B2C sales, and customer relationship management. Market Knowledge: Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities. Communication and Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills, plus strong verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational and Strategic: Ability to create and implement strategic sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets. Client-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering client satisfaction. Additional Skills: Experience in the real estate or property development sector is a plus. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
