We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hurghada for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving property sales, managing client relationships, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional guidance.
Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations when needed
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in real estate sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to identify new markets and business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of the Hurghada real estate market.
