Role Description The Industrial Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities include developing budgets and project plans, supervising construction crews, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and executing effective project controls. This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (or related field).10–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in industrial projects. Proven experience managing factory, plant, or large-scale industrial construction projects. Skills & Competencies Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to quality, safety, and detail. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience with industrial safety standards and regulations. Familiarity with Auto CAD or project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project).
