O CINCO5 is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead service teams across catering events and ensure smooth, professional service execution on the ground.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in catering, banquets, or events companies, and a proven ability to manage captains, waiters, runners, and service staff during live events.
Key Responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Lead service teams before, during, and after events•⁠ ⁠Manage captains, waiters, runners, and service staff•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth service flow, timing, and event readiness•⁠ ⁠Maintain service standards, staff discipline, and professional appearance•⁠ ⁠Handle guest-facing service issues quickly and professionally•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Catering Operations Manager to support strong event execution
Requirements:•⁠ ⁠5+ years of experience in catering, banquet, or events service operations•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of service standards and guest experience•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and problem-solving skills•⁠ ⁠Ability to perform well under pressure during live events
