Job Summary:Responsible for managing all insurance-related activities across the fleet, including policy management, claims handling, risk assessment, and coordination with insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and renew all fleet insurance policies (comprehensive, third-party, etc.) Handle end-to-end claims management process (FNOL, assessment, settlement, recovery) Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and surveyors Analyze claims data and identify trends to reduce loss ratios Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policies Review accident reports and determine liability Work closely with operations and fleet teams to minimize risks Negotiate premiums, coverage terms, and service level agreements Monitor insurance costs vs. budget and recommend optimization strategies Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all insurance activities
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Business, Insurance, or related field)5–10+ years of experience in insurance within:Automotive sector Car rental / fleet management companies Strong knowledge of:1-Motor insurance policies2-Claims handling & recovery3-Fleet risk management Experience dealing with major insurance providers and brokers Strong negotiation and analytical skills
