Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the required production plans while ensuring the specified quality standards are met within the designated timelines.
Monitor the departments under his supervision and promptly address any product-related or operational issues, taking effective corrective actions.
Supervise machine operations and ensure production processes, including start-up activities, commence on time and efficiently.
Oversee the timely availability of all required raw materials, components, and parts in coordination with the Logistics Department as well as the preceding and subsequent departments.
Direct and evaluate the performance of the departments under his responsibility, review work outcomes, and resolve any operational challenges or obstacles.
Prepare monthly reports on workflow progress and performance across the production departments.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial production, preferably in the sheet metal industry.
Strong ability to read, understand, and work with engineering drawings.
Experience in preparing and analyzing production and breakdown reports, as well as following up on maintenance activities.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support different production departments.
Candidates residing in 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas are preferred.
