Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Giza. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, and ensure that production processes meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring health and safety compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Production Manager will also play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, meeting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong production process and manufacturing management expertise Leadership and team management skills to oversee and coordinate production teams Proficiency in workflow optimization and resource management Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards in an industrial setting Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in the home appliances or similar manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
