Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor based in Giza, with an option to work from home part of the time. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee the accounts payable team, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and process vendor payments. Key responsibilities include verifying and reconciling invoices, managing accruals and journal entries, and collaborating with the finance team to meet reporting deadlines. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, guiding team members, and identifying opportunities for process improvement in accounts payable operations.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team Sun System or Material control system is preferred Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making Solid knowledge of Finance, including accrual accounting and adherence to financial regulations Experience with preparing and managing Journal Entries and Accruals Detail-oriented and organized to ensure accuracy in records and processes Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in managing accounts payable operations is highly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
