Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Production Engineer role located in Cairo at MORCOS's advanced production facility. The role involves overseeing sheet metal production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, troubleshooting machinery, optimizing production workflows, analyzing designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. The Senior Production Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, managing resources, and consistently meeting project deadlines with a focus on quality and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
Expertise in Sheet Metal Design, Fabrication, and Production Management Strong understanding of CAD software, Technical Drawings, and Manufacturing Processes Proven experience in Resource Planning, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Regulations, and Industry Standards Strong communication skills and experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience in sheet metal production or related fields
