Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent (Wave 1) for a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer inquiries or issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also escalate complex problems when necessary, maintain accurate records, and uphold the highest standards of customer care while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build strong customer relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced on-site environment Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in customer service are advantageous Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
