For a newly established textile manufacturing company in Ismailia (Work location in Ismailia), we are looking for HR Manager to assume the following responsibilities: Manage the Personnel cost & budget Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting ads, screening CVs and interviewing candidates till hiring Manage the personnel activities and documents, including hiring, resignations & employee attendance Manage the relations between the labor office, Insurance office and the company Manage the HR team to be recruited Manage the training function Manage employee grievances Manage the C&B, including the monthly payroll process of all variables Manage the annual performance management process Managing medical and life insurance Managing employees/workers transportation fleet
