Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice in corporate and investment matters.
- Handle direct dealings with various government entities and finalize legal procedures.
- Follow up on matters with the Investment Authority and all relevant entities.
- Draft and review corporate contracts and legal agreements.
- Represent the company before official and judicial authorities.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing corporate operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong experience in dealing with government entities and the Investment Authority.
- In-depth knowledge of investment and corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
