Dr. Greiche for Glass Industries, the leading glass processing company in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility.
Job Purpose:To support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on performance management, organizational structure, competency frameworks, and continuous improvement aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in designing and implementing OD strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company objectives. Support performance management processes including goal setting, KPIs, and performance evaluations. Analyze organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths. Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, and data analysis to identify development needs. Support talent development initiatives including succession planning and employee development programs. Collaborate with HR and department heads to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and suggest improvements. Ensure alignment with company policies and best HR practices.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR (preferably in industrial or corporate environments). Strong knowledge of performance management systems and OD tools. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
