???? **Key Responsibilities:**• Lead the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee relations• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and expansion plans• Build strong organizational structures and foster a high-performance culture• Design and implement training, development, and succession planning programs• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives• Provide data-driven HR insights to support strategic decision-making• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and talent acquisition
???? **Qualifications & Experience:**• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)• **10–15+ years of progressive HR experience**• **Minimum 10 years of experience within factories / manufacturing environments (Mandatory)**• Strong expertise in labor law, HR operations, and organizational development• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
