Nile Trade is a growing fertilizer trading and distribution company serving local and international markets. We supply a wide range of traditional fertilizers (Urea, DAP, MAP, NPK, SOP) and non-traditional products (water-soluble, foliar fertilizers, biostimulants).
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, shipments, and related documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support factory setup and ongoing operations.• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (local & international).• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies.• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to warehouses or clients.• Handle booking of vessels, containers, and transportation services.• Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export requirements.• Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance processes.• Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.• Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices.• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
