Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashier Area Manager / Operations Supervisor located in Giza. The role involves overseeing cashier operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within assigned areas, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The responsibilities include training and mentoring cashiers, monitoring performance metrics, implementing standard operating procedures, and resolving customer service concerns promptly. The incumbent will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating activities for seamless operations.
