Role Description This full-time, on-site Product Specialist role is based in Upper Egypt. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting medical devices, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer and technical support. The role involves handling sales inquiries, offering solutions to customer needs, and gathering market insights to influence product strategies.
Qualifications Experience in product specialization and a strong understanding of medical devices within dermatology and aesthetics Strong analytical skills for understanding product performance and market trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members Customer service and sales skills to build relationships, address client needs, and achieve targets Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently Prior experience in medical devices or a healthcare-related field is an advantage
