1. Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of all goods and materials
- Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space and layout planning
- Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper material handling
- Implement and maintain 5S and good housekeeping standards

2. Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP/ERP system
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and slow-moving/obsolete stock
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are applied for applicable materials

3. Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, storekeepers, and forklift operators
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote safety culture and ensure all team members comply with HSE procedures

4. HSE & Compliance
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company HSE policies and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials according to MSDS requirements
- Maintain valid certifications for lifting equipment and forklifts

5. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Operations teams for material requirements
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory status, KPIs, and warehouse performance
- Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments
- Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and inventory
