Technical Office & Costing Manager

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduated from the faculty of Applied Arts, department of interior design and furniture.
- 8 to 10 years experience in the furniture industry must.
- 4 years at least as Technical Office manager .
- Excellent experience in preparing cutting lists and shop drawing for office, home furniture items, hotels & Residences.
- professional in using CAD tools, solid works, 3dmax & photoshop.
- Experience in preparing submittal & transmittal sheets for drawings & materials .
- Responsible for preparing & updating project drawings and calculating quantities ( bill of materials ).
- Experience working in costing products & projects.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a time schedule for finishing drawings & cost.
