Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Personnel, located in 10th of Ramadan. The HR Personnel will manage day-to-day human resource operations, including employee onboarding, administration, and performance management. Responsibilities also include implementing and coordinating training and development programs, fostering effective communication across teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to address HR-related needs and support company-wide goals will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resource (HR) functions Experience in Training & Development, including planning and executing programs to enhance employee skills Strong Communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders effectively Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
