Hiring: Tech Lead On-site | Full-time | Mansoura, Egypt | 5 days/week
We are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead with strong real-world experience in:
Required Backend: 5+ years hands-on with Laravel / PHPDatabases: strong experience with Postgre SQL and MySQLDatabase design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning REST API design, authentication, authorization, and validation Clean architecture, design patterns, and code quality Security best practices Dev Ops: practical experience with Linux servers, deployment, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and backups Code review, project estimation, task breakdown, and technical decision-making Ability to mentor and guide team members
Review / Guide Level Frontend: React.js / Next.js Mobile: Flutter UI/UXTesting / QA process
