Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Samannud for a Learning and Development Manager. The role involves designing and implementing effective training programs aligned with the company’s goals, identifying employee skill gaps, and supporting professional growth through hands-on training sessions and leadership development initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing the use of learning management systems, ensuring the alignment of instructional design with business needs, and fostering a continuous learning environment throughout the organization.
Qualifications Proficiency in Training & Development, Learning Management, and creating impactful learning experiences Expertise in Instructional Design and crafting tailored training programs Strong background in Training and Leadership Development Proven ability to assess organizational needs and propose appropriate learning solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Experience in managing a diverse range of workplace training initiatives Certifications in training or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ATD)
