Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Excellence Manager to join our team in Hurghada. In this role, you will oversee customer interactions and CRM system to ensure high levels of satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, analyzing customer data to identify improvement opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to account management and consistent communication with stakeholders to maintain trust and drive customer loyalty.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer data and identify trends Ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
