Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in 10th of Ramadan for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify client needs, present technical equipment solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include building relationships with clients, providing technical support, preparing proposals and presentations, and contributing to the achievement of business development goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to understanding complex machinery and recommending the most suitable solutions for customers.
Qualifications
Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively present and promote technical solutions. Experience in Technical Support to address client inquiries and troubleshoot technical concerns. Strong Communication skills for building client relationships and delivering clear, persuasive presentations. Proven success in Sales and a track record of meeting sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred. Knowledge of industrial machinery and hydraulic systems is a strong advantage. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment. Proficiency with CRM software and technical drawing tools is a plus.
