Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Real Estate role is based in Giza and focuses on assisting clients in purchasing, selling, or renting properties. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client consultations, analyzing market trends, and building long-term relationships with clients and investors. The role requires regular property site visits, collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The candidate will also support in executing tailored investment plans for clients while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market analysis and a solid understanding of local real estate trends Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is an asset Own a car and hold a valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
