Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition based in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The Senior Executive will also collaborate with hiring managers, manage communications with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, they will contribute to employer branding initiatives and focus on recruiting candidates for diverse roles, including those in IT.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to manage full recruitment cycles Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and written communication Experience with Employer Branding and developing strategies to enhance organizational reputation as a top employer Specialized knowledge in IT Recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract technical talent Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
