Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Planning and Follow-Up Manager. The manager will oversee planning processes, monitor project timelines, and ensure efficient follow-ups on tasks and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, developing actionable plans, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels, and ensuring adherence to financial goals and budgets. The role also requires developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Planning skills to develop strategies, assess project performance, and optimize processes Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and clients, as well as relay information clearly and concisely Proficiency in Finance and budgeting, with an ability to track and manage financial objectives Customer Service expertise to develop and maintain client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in project management software tools and remote working platforms is desirable
