Monitoring transactions and assessing teammate performance. Hosting calibration sessions to ensure alignment on scoring. Providing feedback and sharing audit-based briefing points with stakeholders. Completing knowledge tests and staying updated on process changes. Conducting quality team meetings and discussing improvement plans with Operations and Training. Receiving supervisor feedback on audits via the Audit over Audit (AoA) process.
