German Trainer (C1)

We are seeking a qualified German Trainer to join our team and take ownership of customer service agent training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, improving language proficiency, and enhancing overall performance.
 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver German language and communication training sessions for agents.
  • Design and update training materials based on business needs.
  • Assess trainees’ performance and track their progress.
  • Provide coaching and continuous support to improve performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct refreshers and upskilling sessions.
