  • Full study for new projects being priced
  • Reviewing the technical aspects of proposed new project files including design drawings bills of quantities and list of approved suppliers and addressing client inquiries for each project
  • Conducting optional site visits for projects currently being priced
  • Full responsibility for analyzing item prices and reviewing them with the department manager
  • Communicating with approved suppliers to price projects currently being priced
  • Issuing purchase orders and contracts with approved suppliers after approval by the department manager and technical approval by the consultant
  • Preparing QS for ongoing projects obtaining consultant approval and issuing invoices to the client
  • Reviewing subcontractor QS on site and issuing their invoices
  • Providing technical support to the procurement department and the site during installations
  • Preparing and reviewing as built drawings
