Job Details

  1. Manage the branch’s daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  2. Achieve sales and revenue targets set by senior management.
  3. Supervise all branch teams and evaluate their performance.
  4. Monitor customer service, handle complaints, and improve satisfaction levels.
  5. Oversee inventory and procurement and ensure product availability. Ensure compliance with the company’s approved policies and procedures.

  7. Prepare periodic reports on branch performance and submit them to senior management.
  8. Develop relationships with key customers and local partners.
  9. Monitor operating expenses and control costs.
  10. Oversee the implementation of safety and quality standards within the branch.
