Role Description We are seeking a full-time Online Chess Coach to join our team. The coach will guide children through our structured chess-based curriculum, providing live interactive instruction to micro-cohorts of six students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting engaging sessions, monitoring progress, and offering tailored feedback. Additionally, you will collaborate with parents by delivering data-driven reports to track cognitive and behavioral development and ensure each child reaches their potential.
Qualifications Strong proficiency in chess fundamentals, strategy, and instructional techniques Experience teaching or mentoring children, with emphasis on cognitive and behavioral development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging young learners and collaborating with parents Organizational skills to prepare lesson plans and track progress effectively Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for live teaching and assessments Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of children ages 6 to 18Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus Previous experience in education or chess instruction is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
