Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:Implement, monitor, and improve the Quality Assurance system in accordance with ISO standards and company policies. Ensure product quality compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards. Develop and review quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans. Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Supervise and guide quality team members and provide on-the-job training when required. Ensure proper handling of non-conforming products and customer complaints.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a plastic manufacturing or plastic packaging industry. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Excellent understanding of plastic materials, production processes, and quality tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
